Gail is a Managing Consultant of gammaHRC.

Gail is a highly qualified HR professional with experience across a range of industries and services in multicultural environments. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). She holds a BSc in Applied Social Psychology and a MA in Employment Law and Relations.  

Gail started her career in HR with the National Health Service in the UK and was Acting Director of Personnel for the University College Group of Hospitals in London before moving overseas.

Since then she has consulted for a relocation services company in Singapore and assisted with its set up in London, been a subject matter expert for employee relations and employment law at Credit Suisse First Boston in London, provided support and advice to expatriates and spouses in Tokyo and Dubai, and a recruitment consultant for Shell in Dubai.

Gail is highly organised and has a structured approach to projects and issues. Clients and colleagues frequently comment on her ability to quickly build enduring relationships with others and create a positive and inclusive team environment.
